For standard products:
After receipt of payment, we will hand over your order to the shipping company within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes place within up to 5 working days. In exceptional cases, if longer delivery times occur, we will inform you in good time by email.
For personalized jewelry:
Since these are made individually for you, the production and delivery time is usually 10-14 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that these are guidelines and that in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure or delays on the part of the shipping partner, delivery times may be longer.
Be happy, shipping is free! You only pay for the exclusive jewelry you have selected.
Return and Exchange
If your piece of jewelry does not arrive in perfect condition or has unexpected defects, you can contact us by email within 30 days to arrange a return. Returns are also possible within this period as long as the jewelry is unworn. However, returns are not possible for specially made pieces of jewelry such as our name necklaces, as these are individually made for you - we thank you for your understanding. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount as quickly as possible by bank transfer to your original payment method.

Of course! Our jewelry is made of high-quality 925 sterling silver and complies with the legal requirements in Switzerland. Each piece of jewelry bears the '925' stamp to confirm the silver quality. Gold-plated jewelry also bears the 'Ag' stamp to clearly indicate the material composition. Of course, we offer a one-year guarantee on all our jewelry. If you notice that there is something wrong with your jewelry, please contact us by email so that we can take all further steps to resolve the problem. Normal wear and tear, however, is not covered by the guarantee.
